All reservations are for 4 Nights, April 5 - 8, 2024 with campers departing on April 9th. Guests are welcome to arrive as early as noon on April 4 and stay as late as April 10th, 2024. Each of these additional nights will be charged at a rate of $25-$45 per additional night.

All tent and RV campsites are primitive sites. No electricity or water will be available at the individual campsites.

There will be no refunds for any reason, including no-shows, late arrivals or early departures regardless of circumstance. There are no exceptions to this policy including illness, family emergencies, or inclement weather. This is an astronomical event that will happen regardless of the weather or other circumstances, so rescheduling is impossible. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover your trip.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ECLIPSE ON ROUND MOUNTAIN

  1. Check-in: All occupants must register with the Campground Check-in Booth to receive camping spot assignment, armbands, and parking pass. All fees are due at booking of campsite. (4 person max per tent site/6 persons max for RV sites/8 person max for XL RV sites.) Upon arrival each occupant will be required to sign a letter of liability and the campsite renter will be required to sign a letter of indemnification.   2. Reservations: All reservations include 4 nights stay at the campground. The nights of April 5-8, 2024. Additional nights may be booked at the time of reservation for an additional fee.

  3. Transfers: Reservations cannot be transferred.

  4. Vehicles: Only 1 vehicle permitted per registered campsite. This includes both tent and RV sites. Motorhomes will be allowed 1 towed vehicle. No ATVs or Side by Sides will be permitted.

  5. Campsite: All tents, RVs and vehicles, personal belongings must fully fit within your designated camping spot.

  6. Restrooms: There will be restrooms (porta-potties) and handwashing facility on site.

  7. Campfires: There will be no open campfires allowed anywhere on the property. Self-contained BBQ grills using propane and charcoal are allowed.

  8. Speed Limit: Vehicle Speed limit throughout the campgrounds will be 5 mph. This is for camper’s and pedestrians’ safety. Anyone driving reckless or at excessive speed will be asked to leave the premises.

  9. RVs: Must be fully self-contained. An on-site dump station will be available.

  10. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours will be observed between the hours of 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

  11. Trash Bins: Campsites must be kept clean and tidy. There will be trash receptacles located throughout the campgrounds.

  12. Glass Containers: No glass beverage containers of any kind permitted. All drink containers must be paper, plastic, or aluminum. (This is for general safety and also the safety of our livestock after the event).

  13. Food and Drink: Campers are allowed to bring their own food, drinks, and cooler to the event. There will be food and drink available for purchase on site.

  14. Pets: Pets will not be allowed in the campground.

  15. Bright Lights: Many guests will enjoy the clear night for astronomy. We ask that bright lights be kept to a minimum during quiet hours. The campground is located far enough away from the lights of the city that light pollution is minimal.

  16. Privacy: Please respect other campers by not walking through occupied campsites. There will be designated walking and driving paths through the campground.

  17. Drones: Drones are prohibited within and above the campgrounds.

  18. Children: Parents/Guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children at all times.

  19. Conduct: No person shall disturb the peace, make unreasonable noise, engage in violent behavior, or display/discharge a firearm or other weapon.

  20. Damage: Any guest that willfully or negligently destroys or harms property or equipment will be held liable for said property’s repair or replacement.

  21. Swimming: Swimming in the ponds is strictly prohibited.

  22. Changes: These rules can be changed or amended at any time up to the time of the event. A list of rules will be posted in public areas of the campgrounds.

  23. Any guest found in violation of these rules will be asked to vacate the campground without refund.

  24. Liability and Indemnification form: All renters will be required to read and sign the Liability and Indemnification form. All campers must be listed on form.
